RESERVATION POLICY
We require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. Balance is due 14 days before check-in date. All rates are based on double occupancy. The Village Inn requests a 2 night minimum stay, this may increase during special events and holiday weekends. . Please refer to your contract agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All Cancellations are subject to a $35 processing fee. More than 14 days notice of cancellation will result in a refund of your deposit minus the cancellation fee. Fewer than 14 days notice will result in loss of deposit. If we are able to rebook the room, we will apply your deposit to a future stay.

Check In begins at 2:00PM by appointment

Check Out time is 11:00AM. Additional time may be purchased if the room is available.

We are a great place for families!

NO SMOKING
All of our rooms are non-smoking.

PETS
Well behaved-dogs are welcome for an additional $25.00 per night. Advanced permission is required.
